The Hotel

and spaces reveal themselves gradually rather than all at once.

The Rooms
Rooms and suites are spread across several historic wings, each shaped by the building it belongs to.
Layouts vary depending on their position within the complex, but follow a consistent approach. Materials remain natural throughout. Stone, wood and softer elements define the spaces, with original features integrated rather than highlighted.
Light enters in a controlled way, balanced and even.
The overall atmosphere remains calm, with variation coming from the structure rather than design decisions.
Everything feels considered, without drawing attention to itself.
Dining
Dining is distributed across multiple spaces within the monastery, each shaped by the part of the building it occupies.
Some settings are more enclosed, others more open, but the transitions remain subtle. Moving between them follows the same rhythm as the rest of the hotel, without clear separation.
In the garden, the Gingerbread House introduces a lighter, more informal setting, slightly removed from the main structure.
The experience remains consistent throughout,

The Botanic Health Spa sits within the botanical garden, connected to the monastery yet with its own atmosphere.
An indoor pool, saunas and treatment spaces form the core
